Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior .NET Developer to join our IT team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, configuration, and support of business applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role requires hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, MVC frameworks, and microservices, along with a collaborative mindset to deliver efficient solutions that align with business objectives

Job Title: Junior .NET Developer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently or within a team to understand project requirements and maintain existing .NET applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications in compliance with established standards and best practices.
• Conduct initial design reviews and suggest technical improvements.
• Write clean, well-documented code and maintain coding documentation.
• Perform Level 2/3 application support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including SIT and UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using structured waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members on technical and business processes.
• Create and maintain both functional and technical documentation.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Microsoft .NET Certification (Preferred)

Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and MVC frameworks.
• Strong experience in C#.NET (latest versions) and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework Core, Dapper, API Gateway, LINQ, and XML.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, and JMeter.
• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies like jQuery, DART, and CSS3.
• Proficient in debugging and hotfix development.
• Experience with Microsoft SSRS and Power BI Desktop is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the banking domain is a plus.
