System Engineer

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week.

So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

Our company has very ambitious plans for developing its R&D direction, and this role is one of the key positions in our newly established R&D unit. All necessary resources and authority have been allocated to help achieve these goals. This is a great opportunity for a professional who:

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Suggesting prototype designs for testing new or improved product components
• Creating schematic, functional, electrical, and other types of diagrams
• Preparing technical specifications for ordering components needed for prototypes
• Actively contributing to setting technical requirements for other teams
• Configuring component software for testing
• Participating in prototype testing and documenting results to make data-driven decisions
• Assisting in product documentation creation
• Supporting the transition from prototype to mass production
• Proposing creative solutions and using innovative components to improve product efficiency
  
  
  

What you bring to the team:

• Hands-on experience with assembling and configuring UAV electronics (autopilots, communication modules, navigation systems, etc.)
• Experience working with sensors, lidars, cameras, and similar devices
• Ability to read and create technical documentation for electronic systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to justify chosen solutions
• Responsibility in meeting deadlines and completing tasks
• Experience in developing UAVs or other unmanned systems, as a plus
• Strong theoretical knowledge of radio communication and hands-on experience with antenna design, Silvus or SineLink datalinks, Mesh networks, as a plus
• Experience with designing or modifying 3D models and printing them using tools like Fusion or SolidWorks, as a plus
• Fluency in spoken Ukrainian and English at B2 level or higher
