Creative Designer

eJam is in search of a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate one of our e-commerce brand's digital presence. If you have a flair for creating compelling visuals and a knack for social media trends, we want you on our team!

Founded in 2017, eJam is a direct-to-consumer brand incubator; focused on creating products that people love. Today, we own and operate a portfolio of brands with products that put you first. We take a unique approach to each brand and every product, making sure that we are fulfilling a real need while helping to shift the status quo.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual, eager to excel in a fast-paced and growth-centric setting. We're looking for someone who understands graphic design best practices, is deadline-oriented and detail-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Creatives: Design and produce visually captivating graphics for our social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's voice and aesthetics.
• GIFs/MP4 Creation: Craft engaging GIFs and MP4s for promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives.
• Email Designs: Conceptualize and design email campaigns that not only look great but also drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Website Assets: Create banners, product images, landing pages, and other visual assets to enhance user experience and brand consistency on our website.
• Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graphic design experience, preferably for an e-commerce company.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop or Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
• Portfolio showcasing your best designs, especially in social media ads.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table.

Salary:

• €2450 - €3500 EUR/per month before taxes
