Full Stack Engineer

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Estonia visiting office from time to time.

What is this role about?

• Develop software, including databases, UI, automation, internal tools, and 3rd-party integrations.
• Drive business growth by improving tools, infrastructure, and technology to meet company goals.
• Participate in cross-functional teams, contributing technical expertise and innovative solutions.
• Plan, design, document, estimate, and optimize technical solutions.
• Ensure system stability by supporting test and production environments, troubleshooting, and maintaining reliability.

Your mission includes working on:

• Distributed systems
• Messaging architecture
• Microservices
• Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
• REST API-s
• Monolith

What would ensure success in this role?

• Have prior experience in strongly typed languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar. Preferably in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Docker, or ASP.NET.
• Must have React background.
• Have full-stack experience.
• Problem-solving, is adaptable and is willing to work on improving legacy systems and creating new services.
• An engineer who wants to be involved in the entire lifecycle of the product and is excited about working on products (we are a heavy product organization).
• Responsible and willing to take ownership.
• Excellent in communicating in English.
• Previous experience in fintech/loan business systems developments is a plus.
