About the Role

We’re looking for a PHP Engineer to join our team and take the lead in developing scalable, high-performance web applications. You’ll work with PHP collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have real ownership in shaping tools, architecture, and performance standards.

At inulti, we build and scale SiteRunner, our in-house content management and performance marketing platform. It serves millions of users and handles tens of thousands of requests per minute. We’re constantly scaling our systems to meet growing demand. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with tools, make architectural decisions, and focus on building efficient and reliable systems that grow with the business.

We use the latest versions of PHP and we don’t support legacy systems. We’re always open to trying something new, as long as it helps us move faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP
• Design and implement robust APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues
• Drive architectural decisions with freedom and accountability
• Stay sharp with the latest backend trends and best practices

What You Bring

Experience:

• 3+ years in back-end development with PHP.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
• Strong experience with Symfony
• Solid database design and optimization skills
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments is a plus
• Sharp debugging and performance-tuning ability

Salary starts from: 5500 eur Gross ( may go way up depending on experience and competencies)
