Role Overview

We seek a motivated intern to bridge data analytics and social media innovation . You’ll analyze performance metrics, optimize content strategies, and transform raw data into actionable growth plans. Ideal for candidates passionate about digital storytelling, analytics, and emerging social trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn etc.).
• Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and support campaign execution.
• Collaborate with designers/copywriters for visually compelling posts.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) via analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Build dashboards to visualize performance trends using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Research & Optimization:
• Identify audience insights and competitive trends through social listening tools.
• A/B test content formats, posting times, and hashtags to boost engagement.
• Support SEO/SEM integration with social data.
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Communications, or a related field .
• Active user of 2+ social media platforms (personal or professional).
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation .
• Strong writing skills and creative flair.
• Self-starter attitude with keen attention to detail.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI and Canva).
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM or paid social advertising.
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).

You will need to be under your parent’s visa or have your own. This will be an initial 3-month contract but if it works well then you will become a permanent part of our team.
