About the Role

Are you someone who loves learning and helping others grow? Join us as a Training & Development Intern, where you'll help plan and run training programs that support the growth of our team. This is a great opportunity to see how learning works inside a fast-growing company — from gathering training needs to creating plans and tracking results.

You'll get to work with different teams, try your hand at data analysis, and help build a culture of continuous learning. If you’re organized, curious, and enjoy both thinking and doing, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talk to teammates, observe workflows, and research to understand what training people need
• Help turn these needs into clear learning goals and suggest priorities
• Assist in designing and coordinating training sessions — from preparing materials to helping organize logistics
• Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to track training attendance and feedback
• Help analyze training impact — how many joined, what they learned, and what to improve
• Work closely with other departments and external trainers to make sure training is useful and relevant

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student in HR, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related major
• Curious about how people learn and how companies grow through training
• Comfortable using Excel or other basic data tools
• Good at organizing tasks and staying on top of details
• Bonus if you’ve helped run events, student activities, or learning programs

Extra Plus Points

• Interested in tech, blockchain, or crypto — or just open to exploring new industries
• Comfortable working with international teams
• Eager to take ownership and improve how things are done
