Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Collaborate with manual testing teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement robust automation frameworks.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document test plans, test cases, and defect reports clearly and efficiently.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide test estimates.
• Continuously improve automation processes and tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven track record of automation testing in enterprise applications.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience.

Work Environment:

• Work from Office in Bangalore (Monday to Friday).
• In-person interview sessions at SynchroTech Office, scheduled on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
