Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst at our company, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy and transforming raw data into actionable insights. We are an AI cloud provider offering GPU capacity, PaaS services, and SaaS APIs for ML models, with rapid growth anticipated in both our B2B and B2C markets. Your expertise will empower us to better understand customer behavior, optimize digital traffic for our marketing team, and enhance overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing Data & Uncovering Insights:
- Data Exploration: Dive into large datasets to identify patterns and trends in user behavior, marketing performance, and platform interactions.
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for analytical solutions while collaborating closely with the UX and Marketing teams.
End-to-End Analytics:
- Data Solutions: Build robust data solutions—from developing data pipelines to creating dashboards—that drive data-informed decision-making.
- SQL & Workflow Optimization: Write efficient SQL queries and optimize data workflows using ClickHouse, Spark, TractoAI (based on the YTSaurus database), or similar systems
- Data Visualization: Leverage BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to design clear and compelling visualizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Teamwork: Work closely with teams across the organization to define analytical requirements and deliver strategic insights.
- Prioritization: Prioritize analytical research projects based on their potential impact on customer experience.
- Reporting: Explain and support existing analytical reports.
Tools Implementation:
- Innovation: Experiment with new tools and technologies to drive innovative analytics solutions that meet business requirements in terms of performance, scalability, and data quality.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 4+ years in a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong SQL skills.Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) for creating impactful dashboards.
- Experience with Git for version control and Docker for container management.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and tell a compelling story.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work Style: A structured, independent approach to solving data challenges.
- Educational Background: A background in Mathematics and Economics is an advantage.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing and UX analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar products.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, customer segmentation, and behavior analysis.
