Job Title: Head of Investor Relations (Web3 Fundraising – Token Offering Specialist)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract-Based
Payment; in combination of $SRC token native token of project + success fees in cash from raised capital

We are a cutting-edge Web3 project revolutionizing real-world asset tokenization through blockchain. Backed by institutional partners and strategic alliances, our platform is bridging the $2.5 trillion global trade finance gap by empowering SMEs with tokenized trade assets and digitized trade infrastructure. We are now entering a crucial phase of capital raising through a Seed and Private Token Offering, followed by a Public Sale and listing.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Investor Relations, you will lead our fundraising and investor engagement efforts from the ground up. Your mission is to drive capital inflow across multiple funding stages, Seed/Private Sale, and Public Token Offering, by building strong relationships with venture capital firms, crypto funds, angel investors, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for token-based capital raising.
Lead all investor outreach and relationship management across Web3-native and traditional investor segments.
Craft compelling pitch materials, investor decks, tokenomics summaries, and tailored communications.
Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, including due diligence, deal negotiation, and token allocation processes.
Represent the project at global Web3 investor events, online pitch sessions, and industry conferences.
Collaborate closely with legal, tokenomics, marketing, and executive teams to ensure investor readiness and compliance.
Maintain a structured investor CRM and reporting system to track progress and manage communication.
Lead community and public relations in the lead-up to the public sale to create investor confidence and visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience (6+ years) in investor relations, venture fundraising, or capital markets ideally with Web3, crypto, or tech startups.
Strong network of VCs, family offices, crypto funds, and angel investors.
Deep understanding of tokenomics, token sale structures, and Web3 fundraising mechanics.
Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and communication skills.
High energy, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory considerations (e.g., SAFT, private placements, KYC/AML).
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in launching a token sale (seed/private/public)
Familiarity with Launchpads, exchanges, and liquidity providers
Strong presence on LinkedIn or crypto-related communities
Background in trade finance, DeFi, or real-world asset (RWA) tokenization is a major plus
