Project Manager – Digital Projects

My client is an independent, member-based organization founded in 1922 who play a key role in developing national and international standards across sectors like construction, healthcare, consumer goods, environmental management, and quality systems.

The Team & Technical Environment:

Their development team consists of around 15 professionals. While the Lead Developer and Solution Architect are permanent employees, the rest of the team includes experienced consultants. The technical stack includes:

• .NET 6, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps
• SQL Server, REST APIs
• No containerization currently, but strong use of Azure DevOps pipelines and tools

The Role - Project Manager (Digital Projects):

We're looking for a Project Manager with experience leading software/web/development projects through their full lifecycle. You won’t be managing the website project directly, but there are several strategic digital initiatives lined up across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 1–2 digital projects simultaneously, each typically lasting 6–9 months
• Manage project teams of 3-5 FTEs, often cross-functional with business units like Finance or HR
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business needs
• Apply modern project management practices within software and digital environments
• Communicate effectively with both tech and non-tech stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience managing digital/software projects end-to-end
• Strong familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
• Ability to collaborate across departments in a structured and communicative way
• Comfortable navigating technical environments like Azure DevOps and web/application development
