Employee Relations Associate

We are looking to hire an Employee Relations Associate who will be responsible for supporting an organizational-wide project for our semi-government client based in Dubai — one of the largest holding companies in the region.


This position is a contract role with a duration of 8 months.


The role sits within the Employee Relations Department and reports directly to the Employee Relations Manager.


We are looking for a passionate Employee Relations Associate who is enthusiastic about delivering seamless employee services and operational support. You should also have experience in, or possess knowledge of, employee documentation processes, administrative HR tasks, and stakeholder coordination.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide operational support in the ID Card Project, covering the full cycle of ID printing, activation, and distribution for all employees within the Holding Company.
  • Coordinate and manage employee data with strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and relevant departments to schedule ID card collection and activation.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding ID issuance and access activation.
  • Maintain records and generate reports on project progress and issuance status.
  • Support the Employee Relations team with other documentation or ad hoc operational activities as required.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • A strong work ethic with a proactive, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, specifically in Employee Relations or administrative HR functions, is preferred.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
