FundingPips is looking for a Senior HR Specialist who understands how to turn structure into support and performance into people-first progress.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Department and take operational leadership across key HR areas, helping guide the HR Officer while building systems that drive performance, compliance, and engagement. We are looking for someone who understands UAE labor law and policy, but also pays attention to how people feel on the other side of those policies. Someone who’s confident, emotionally intelligent, and ready to influence culture as much as operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the development and tracking of KPIs across all roles and departments
- Driving clarity around performance expectations and ensuring processes are followed
- Managing daily HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HR system, and legal compliance
- Leading performance documentation and disciplinary processes in alignment with UAE labor law
- Strengthening HR audits and compliance structures
- Helping shape and influence a transparent, respectful, and growthoriented company culture
- Acting as a guiding point for the HR Officer while aligning with strategic people initiatives
- Working closely with the Head of Department to bridge performance systems with psychological safety and motivation
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of UAE based HR experience with strong operational and legal HR foundations
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent from your home country
- Structured, confident, and solutions oriented, but able to connect on a human level
- Experience managing performance frameworks, employee relations, and compliance documentation
- Fluency in English (written and verbal), with excellent professional communication skills
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity, you do what you say you will
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
