About Client

Our client is a company specializing in information, cybersecurity, and IT project management. As the team is currently expanding, we are inviting a Cybersecurity Expert to join!

Description

Provide electronic information security and cybersecurity management services to the company's clients, including:

• Assessing information security and/or cybersecurity compliance;
• Conducting information security risk assessments;
• Developing information security and cybersecurity management policies and procedures.
• Assist the cybersecurity team in implementing and maintaining Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001 standards.
• Offer services related to the Network and Information Systems Directive (NIS2) compliance preparation to clients.
• Provide external Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services, including:
• Organizing and delivering information security and cybersecurity training;
• Updating policies and procedures;
• Advise clients on managing information and cybersecurity.
  
  

Requirements

• A higher education degree (university or equivalent) in IT and/or cybersecurity management is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of work experience in IT and/or cybersecurity management.
• A valid certification in information security and/or cybersecurity management (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, Security+).
• Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, etc.).
• Understanding of international and Lithuanian laws governing information security, cybersecurity, and personal data protection.
• A strong interest in IT and cybersecurity trends, developments, and regulations.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, including accuracy and clarity in documentation.
• A work ethic grounded in transparency, integrity, and constructive collaboration, with the ability to learn from mistakes, take responsibility for your tasks, and work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
