Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, successfully leading enterprise-level agile transformations.

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.

Hands-on expertise in JIRA and other agile collaboration tools.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in the Communications and Media Technology (CMT) domain preferred.

Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Certified Expert, Certified Scrum Professional)

Experience rolling out tooling and dashboards for Agile KPIs and metrics.

Background in coaching within large matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

Agile Maturity & Foundation Enhancement

Assess and improve the agile adoption and practices across 10+ agile teams.

Drive fundamental improvements in agile ways of working:

Enforce clarity in the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).

Ensure user stories are complete, well-defined, and contain clear acceptance criteria.

Resolve recurring issues regarding inadequate story information and vague completion standards.

Clarify the role, responsibilities, and value of Scrum Masters to improve their utilization.

Facilitate better collaboration between Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Agile Planning & Execution

Enhance Sprint Planning processes, ensuring stories are fully evaluated and refined before the sprint.

Drive better capacity and roadmap planning aligned with business priorities.

Improve the quality and consistency of features, epics, and stories across teams.

Agile Metrics & Tooling

Develop automated dashboards to measure and monitor agile adoption and team performance.

Build a data-driven improvement roadmap with measurable milestones.

Establish and maintain continuous assessment processes to track progress and outcomes.

Standardization & Consistency

Roll out consistent practices across teams regarding JIRA usage (projects, themes, epics, stories, etc.).

Introduce standardized labeling for enhanced business tracking and reporting.

Implement burn-down charts and other agile metrics to improve transparency.

Define and manage processes for inter-team and cross-product dependencies.

Collaborate with Product Managers to evolve the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) into a more effective forum.

Scrum Master Enablement & Agile Evangelism

Act as a mentor and change agent for Scrum Masters, helping them drive agile best practices.

Identify and deliver training opportunities across the agile organization.
