Content Designer
Location: Sydney or Melbourne – Hybrid

As a Digital Content Designer, you'll build clear and accessible digital experiences that make a real difference for everyday Australians, from nurses and teachers to frontline workers and public servants. Working in a cross-functional squad, you’ll help turn complex ideas into simple, trustworthy content that supports people when it matters most.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and publish digital content using CMS tools like Optimizely and WordPress.
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma or Sketch into responsive, user-friendly pages.
- Ensure content aligns with brand, UX, and accessibility guidelines.
- Apply SEO best practices and coordinate efforts to improve search rankings.
- Partner with UX designers, developers, testers, and analysts to deliver squad priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Sales) and external agencies for content development and approvals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and testing (UAT/PVT)
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience creating digital content for web and mobile apps
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (Optimizely, WordPress) and component-based design
- Familiarity with digital tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Sketch
- A strong eye for UX/UI design and attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS, tech-led, or financial services environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in Agile teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in product design, marketing, or digital marketing
- A portfolio that highlights your content design expertise across these requirements

- Base Salary: Up to $110,000 + Super
- Hybrid Working: 3–4 days onsite
