UI/UX Graphic Designer

We're hiring a Web Graphic Designer (UI/UX) to join our team! We’re seeking a talented designer to help bring our brand to life across our website and digital experiences. This is a hands-on role focused on UI/UX, visual design, and layout, working closely with product, marketing, and lifecycle teams.

You should be passionate about design, aesthetics, creating intuitive, engaging, and beautiful digital interfaces, with strong skills in typography, hierarchy, motion, and responsive design. Bonus points for conversion thinking, and an eye for storytelling through layout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visuals for web pages, landing pages, quiz flows, emails, and digital assets (no-code experience a plus)
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to bring concepts to life
• Apply strong UX/UI thinking to structure pages and user flows that are visually clear and conversion-oriented
• Own the visual consistency and evolution of the site and other digital surfaces
• Work with 3d, CGI, and other advanced assets

Who you are:

• 3–5+ years experience as a UI/UX or web graphic designer (agency a experience a plus)
• 3+ years of Adobe Creative Suite experience: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Motion graphics. Advanced knowledge of Figma
• Expertise in at least two of the following: motion design, illustration, animation, hand-lettering, typography, or photography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design, layout skills, and digital brand work. A stellar portfolio that showcases your work and demonstrates your ability to create, problem-solve and explore different design concepts
• Proven ability to navigate the production processes with internal teams and external vendors
• Comfortable working across departments and managing creative production workflows
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• An eagerness to be part of a fast-paced start-up environment

Fluency in English (conversational, reading, writing) - Required.
