We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong React experience to help us take Cubbie’s digital platform to the next level. You’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences, scaling our tech, and delivering real-world impact to thousands of people who interact with Cubbie every day.

This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely while staying connected to our collaborative and mission - driven team.

·      Build and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern front-end tools

·      Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to craft seamless user experiences

·      Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for our sensory systems and backend tools

·      Write clean, efficient, well-documented code

·      Contribute to system design and architecture decisions

·      Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across the full stack

·      Stay curious: bring new technologies, ideas, and practices to the team

·      Optionally: mentor developers or lead small feature teams as we grow, depending on your goals

·      Strong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·      Comfort with backend technologies like Node.js, Express, and modern database structures (SQL/NoSQL)

·      Experience integrating APIs (RESTful, GraphQL)

·      Understanding of performance optimization and basic security principles

·      Strong collaboration and communication skills

·      A proactive mindset and love of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

·      Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines

·      Exposure to microservices or AWS/Azure

·      Automated testing experience

·      An interest in accessibility, neurodiversity, or edtech/medtech
