Senior HR Generalist - North Dublin
Our client, a fast-growing hi-tech company, has partnered exclusively with Re:work on a fully managed recruitment campaign to hire a Senior HR Generalist - a strategic yet hands-on role reporting directly to the Director of People.

You'll blend strategic people advisory work with operational HR delivery, supporting an international workforce whilst building processes from the ground up. You'll join a lean HR team of two, working directly with leadership to shape the people strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as trusted advisor to managers and leaders, translating business goals into practical people solutions
- Champion company values and drive employee engagement initiatives across international teams
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and learning & development strategies
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters across multiple international jurisdictions
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, probations, and benefits administration
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams on HRIS processes and compliance requirements
- Build HR infrastructure and processes to support rapid organisational scaling
- Support international mobility and cross-cultural team dynamics
What We're Looking For
- 5 years HR experience with 3+ years in a solid HR generalist role with exposure across the full HR lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices across international markets
- Experience working with international teams and navigating cross-cultural nuances would be an advantage.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Excel expertise essential)
- Calm, confident communicator who can hold their own with senior stakeholders.
What's On Offer
- €52,000 - €58,000 (depending on experience)
- 10% discretionary performance bonus
