Agile Consultant

Salt is currently hiring an Agile Consultant for our client in Amsterdam.

The role is a 6 month contract, hybrid in Amsterdam(twice a week) and requires someone to have KVK/ZZP. The role is paying 95 euros an hour.

Role & responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing Jira Adoption (incl. Jira, Jira Plans, Jira Structure, Confluence, OBoard)
• Building Jira Plans (advanced level - e.g. visualizing the work of various departments contributing to the same initiative)
• Building templates for Confluence reports
• Introducing new ideas for improvements of Jira
• Creation of instruction/knowledge documents (slides, sheets)
• Supporting various levels of stakeholders with their questions/requests/issues related to the Jira Adoption, building custom visualization/reporting solutions to meet their needs
• Support the Financial Systems and overall FinTech department with Quarterly Planning and Quarterly Business Review in Jira
• Creation of a Quarterly Planning checklist
• Supporting the update of the quarterly Objectives and Key Results in Jira
• Support with the introduction of new Portfolio Management improvements (e.g. Portfolio demand process)
• Preparing meetings and workshops with various stakeholders, presenting and facilitating when needed, taking meeting minutes and following up on actions according to the agreed timelines

Requirements:

• Proven working experience within an international environment - preferably with both Agile- and Classic/Waterfall methodologies/ways of working
• Proven working experience as a Lean Portfolio Associate and/or Project/Program Manager and/or Process Analyst and/or Agile coach
• Strong practical experience with Jira, Jira Plans/Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence; experience/knowledge of Jira Structure and OBoard is preferred
• Strong practical experience in building Google slides and sheets
• Experience in working with (lean) portfolio management is a plus - e.g. supporting demands through their selection, prioritization and planning; portfolio roadmapping; creation of portfolio dashboards and reporting based on portfolio metrics; ability to interpret portfolio performance data
• Experience in leveraging AI
