About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Data and Analytics Manager within the Fintech Product department. This role is central to shaping product strategy through data-driven insights, understanding customer behavior, and driving performance across digital financial products. You’ll lead a team of talented product analysts, promote a culture of collaboration and innovation, and work cross-functionally to ensure data is at the heart of decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product analysts.
• Champion the use of data throughout the product lifecycle and strategic planning.
• Build and optimize processes to evaluate user behavior, product performance, and business financial impact.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights to support product improvements.
• Define and monitor key metrics for success, including setting quarterly OKRs.
• Collaborate across departments to align team goals with broader business initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in analytics, product, or data science roles—minimum 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Advanced degree (MSc or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline such as Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or similar.
• Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, Looker).
• Working knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Redshift, BigQuery); Python experience is a plus.
• Solid grasp of modern product management frameworks, including product discovery and delivery.
• Exceptional business acumen and communication skills—able to translate data into compelling narratives.
• A proactive, outcomes-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience in high-growth fintech or e-commerce sectors is an advantage.
