Network Engineer

Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Network Engineer @ Bucharest, Romania

Experince Required :

• Have experience with managing Cisco Firewall & Cisco ASA
• Experience with operation & design Firewall
• Experience with opening & closing Firewall
• Have experience in Aruba Switches & ClearPass is advantage
• Perform assessment of existing configuration and architecture
• Perform initial configuration setup, produce documentation and train junior resources that will execute the roll out
• Proposes improvement projects (including cost optimization, automation, security) according to local business needs and reports correctly
• Providing leadership and being the escalation point of contact for the service (technical constraint, incident)
• Ensures that processes are properly deployed and used within network administrator or IT system teams
• Coaches a team of network administrators or IT systems (no hierarchiral position, functional management)
• Performs simple daily administration and networking tasks, can handle complex tasks
• Performs patch updates, technical changes and update documentation accordingly
• Works with guidance from a more experienced team member
