Job Opportunity: Product Owner

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive strategic data mastering and optimize how customer data is collected, managed, and used across services and systems. This is a cross-functional role bridging product thinking with data architecture to unlock value at scale.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 6 times per month)

Type of contract: B2B

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver data strategy and product vision across services.
• Manage product backlog, MVPs, and delivery roadmaps for data services.
• Collaborate with architects and tech teams on mastering and integration.
• Align data products with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor data quality, costs (TCO), KPIs, OKRs, and customer impact.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business, tech, and operations.
• Support BAU and data-related change projects (incl. KYC/CDD).
• Act as a centre of expertise for data in the OBKYC & Customer Service stream.

Requirements

• Experience as Product Owner/Manager in data-heavy environments.
• Background in data architecture, systems integration, or technical roles.
• Strong understanding of onboarding/KYC/CDD processes and tools.
• Skilled in Agile delivery, backlog management, and MVP planning.
• Comfortable working with developers, architects, and business leads.
• Knowledge of SDLC, risk, and compliance in regulated industries.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret and act on data insights.
• Confident communicator, able to influence across all levels.
