Senior Network Engineer (Cisco | L2/L3 Support | Vendor & Govt Coordination)

We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer on behalf of our esteemed client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting complex network infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration with third-party vendors and government entities, and delivering Level 2 and 3 support for enterprise-grade Cisco environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for network-related issues across the enterprise.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and government entities to ensure smooth service delivery, compliance, and system integration.
• Monitor network performance and implement upgrades or patches as necessary.
• Maintain high standards of network security, availability, and scalability.
• Participate in network-related project planning, documentation, and implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Network Engineer, preferably in the UAE.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco technologies (CCNP or higher certification is a plus).
• Strong understanding of routing protocols, firewalls, LAN/WAN technologies, and network monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with vendors, government departments, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
