The opportunity

Our Agile Delivery Solutions Practice is expanding and as such, we are seeking multiple, career oriented and passionate, Agile practitioners (Associate/Consultant) with 3-8 years' experience working with Agile/agility to join our Practice team on a permanent basis. Some current engagements look like this:

  • Agile operating model review and co-design for scale
  • Delivering consulting and delivery support whilst remaining agnostic to specific frameworks
  • Facilitation of agile delivery across CRM implementation
  • Continuous improvement of team-level agile practices across a scaled digital program.
  • Agile delivery capability training design with consulting support

And many more.

What attributes are we looking for?

As an Agile Delivery Solutions Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to work across various clients and industries and help consult and co-deliver some of the most interesting and career defining transformation initiatives nationally. You could be:

  • Acting as a Scrum Master promoting the continuous improvement of both the product and internal team environment using key Agile principles and Scrum events.
  • Meeting key stakeholders/product owners to translate requirements into backlogs or roadmaps of work.
  • Assessing and making recommendations on the use of documentation & systems that enable agile delivery.
  • Optimising and “leaning out” traditional reporting and governance structures.
  • Supporting the implementation of an agile operating model under the mentorship of a Principal Consultant.
  • Workshop coordinating & facilitating, using strong written and verbal communication as well as your natural coaching and consultative style.
  • Supporting the business development team with pre-sales Agile expertise.
  • Assisting the Product Owner and development team in conducting and optimising the release pipeline by organising features into regular sprints.
  • Educating the organisation and drive organisational change. Find a way to introduce new ideas and initiate change whilst managing any resistance to change.

About you.

You realise that you on an ‘Agile journey’ and have a growth mindset. You have delivered projects as an Agile PM, Product Owner, Iteration or Scrum Masters, as part of an Agile delivery framework. You have stepped up more than once to act in a leadership role, leading the ceremonies, providing sponsor briefings and wider guidance on how agile delivery works.

You have now decided that you are ‘all in’ and can’t see yourself delivering business outcomes in any other way. You describe yourself as having an Agile mindset and this allows you to make a real difference and deliver value to an organisation. In fact, you have started to read more and more about what Agile might be and with some hands-on experience in Agile techniques and methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe) plus some certifications under your belt, it is time to find an organisation that where you can learn and grow.

Moreover, you want to work with thought leaders who lead by example, and alongside peers who have the same mindset and can help you on your Agile transformation journey. Mostly, you want to work with people who understand what an Agile mindset really is, rather than applying a dogmatic, theoretical approach.

Lastly, you are confident in your abilities, and can work autonomously on client sites, using Agile methodologies to lead and drive teams towards innovative solutions that satisfy business needs and deliver value.
