Ssr. QA Analyst

Mission:

We are looking for a skilled Ssr. QA Analyst to join our quality engineering team and help ensure the reliability of our digital products. You will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and product owners to uphold quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has an eye for detail, and thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Top Responsibilities:

● Design functional, integration, and regression test plans, ensuring coverage of business requirements and technical specifications.

● Plan testing approaches, create documentation and evidence, and present reports and quality metrics.

● Create, execute, and maintain test scenarios for manual and automated testing.

● Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, verifying fixes and regression impacts.

● Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and unexpected behaviors.

● Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and UX/UI teams to ensure clear, complete, and testable requirements.

● Review requirement specifications and provide feedback to improve product quality.

● Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.

● Support UAT activities and provide guidance to business stakeholders.

Technical skills requirements

● 4+ years of experience in manual QA testing, covering functional, integration, regression, load, and UAT testing for web and mobile applications.

● Experience testing wireframes and mockups to ensure alignment between designs, specifications, and implemented solutions.

● Strong ability to validate that UI/UX designs are accurately implemented.

● Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

● Experience creating and managing test documentation: test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

● Familiarity with browser developer tools.

● Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support front-end validation.

● English level: Advanced (written and spoken).

Optional requirements:

● Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS to support detailed front-end validation.

● Experience using Figma (or similar tools) to review and test wireframes, mockups, and design specifications.

● Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr for organizing and tracking test cases.

● Confident use of browser developer tools for inspecting elements, debugging, and validating UI behavior.

● Experience with Postman for manual API testing and validation.
