Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and data center infrastructure. In this role, you will lead complex data center construction projects across the Nordics, ensuring that delivery, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle. The position is based in Sweden and involves regular travel across the Nordic region.Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of data center construction projects
• Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and contractor performance
• Ensure compliance with Swedish and Nordic safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external vendors
• Report project status and risks to senior management and clients

Your Background

• Several years of experience in construction project management, preferably within data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial facilities
• Strong understanding of Swedish construction standards and Nordic work culture
• Proven ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams and complex timelines
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel regularly across Sweden and other Nordic countries
