Tasks

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (React / Node.js) to join our fast-paced and growing engineering team in Poland. You’ll be working on internal user interfaces and contributing to the development of AI-driven tools, as well as supporting a new frontend architecture rollout. You’ll help shape products that drive media sales, client engagement, and internal operations for a global leader in advertising and creative services.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be developing and scaling applications across three domains:

• Business apps – media sales monitoring and analytics
• Back-office apps – tools for internal workflows and operations
• Client-facing apps – custom solutions tailored to client needs
  
  

These products are critical to internal teams and global clients alike, and span various stages from rollout to enhancement. Development delivery is supported by a dedicated offshore team (India), while architectural and core engineering decisions are handled locally in Poland.

Requirements

• 3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) experience as a Fullstack or Frontend Developer
• Solid hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience working in large-scale environments or global teams
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) and DevOps tools
• Strong collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams
• Experience with AI-related tools or interest in AI-driven development is a plus
