Product Designer at a FinTech Scale-up in Antwerp working on a cutting edge B2B SaaS product.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and customer experts to shape features from idea to release
• Design interfaces that simplify complex data and help real humans (loan officers & borrowers) make decisions
• Work hands-on in Figma: wireframes, interaction flows, mockups, specs
• Apply and evolve the design system (already in place)
• Participate in user testing and feedback loops
• Balance UX clarity with business needs in a fast-moving environment

You Should Have

• 3–6 years experience in product design (SaaS or fintech a plus)
• Mastery of Figma and strong understanding of component-driven UI
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive/mobile design principles
• Clear communication skills: you can explain your work and collaborate cross-functionally

Bonus Points

• Experience with B2B, complex flows, or regulated environments
• Understanding of front-end dev or handoff best practices
• Interest in financial services or helping bring better UX to banking
