About The Role
The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. Put simply, we come to work to create a fantastic experience that our people love and that starts from the very first point we connect with our new joiners.
We’re looking for a People Partner — Reward to bring our reward strategy to life by translating it into clear frameworks, streamlined processes, and actionable steps for execution. A professional with progressive growth background in various areas of compensation. Someone who'll scale our salary structure work and create a playbook on how to create compensation structures when we expand to new countries.

What You’ll Be Doing
- SupSupporting the design, analysis, and execution of compensation programs
- Building and maintaining compensation tools, models, and reports, including salary structures, benchmarking data, and bonus tracking
- Supporting compensation review cycles such as salary reviews and bonus payouts
- Collaborating with People Partners and Recruiting teams to provide compensation insights
- Analysing market trends and internal data to inform compensation decisions
- Excellent analytical and data management skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in equity compensation analysis and design in a high-growth company
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a strong interest in data
- An interest in HR, compensation, and business analytics
- The ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow in a fast-paced, global environment
- Familiarity with equity, bonus, or incentive programs
- Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment
- Experience in start-ups, tech or financial services industries
