As our next Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a brand-new product, shaping the entire product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions that delight customers.


What will you do...

  • Help define and execute the product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Actively gather feedback from customers, users, and key stakeholders to refine product ideas and prioritize improvements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Define the scope and requirements for PI Planning, leading discussions and working closely with development teams.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor offerings to spark new ideas and continuous improvement.
  • Work with Architects, Team Leads, and UI/UX Designers to evaluate feasibility and enhance user experiences.
  • Track product development, validate solutions, and ensure business expectations are met throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build a cutting-edge tool and features.

  • A fast-thinking mindset and strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly and overcome obstacles creatively.
  • A results-oriented attitude, always focused on achieving meaningful outcomes and driving product evolution.
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and tracking KPIs to measure product success.
  • A self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with an extroverted and engaging approach to collaboration.


What would be a plus...

  • 1+ years as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a history of delivering successful products.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.), and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global, fast-growing company.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and design thinking methodologies
  • Familiarity with customer success and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) for deeper insights into product performance.
  • Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
