The Opportunity

We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Channel Operations Specialist to support our growing European channel operations. In this role, you'll help transform data into valuable insights and support process improvements across our channel ecosystem.

Your Impact

• Support data-driven decision making through regular reporting and analysis
• Develop and maintain critical reporting infrastructure
• Optimize channel performance through analytical insights
• Standardize and improve operational processes
• Support the team with analytical projects

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive channel performance analytics using multiple data sources
• Help create and maintain regular reports and dashboards
• Support forecasting and tracking of channel KPIs
• Document channel processes and standard operating procedures
• Help maintain channel technology systems and data accuracy
• Support product and finance teams with data analysis
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
• Support strategic initiatives with data-backed insights and analysis

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in channel operations or business analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, analysis tools and visualization platforms
• Experience with CRM systems; business intelligence tools are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus
