Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Dublin City (5 days onsite)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day

Contract: Temporary, 3-month contract

Start Date: Must be available to start immediately

The Opportunity

Morgan McKinley has partnered with a well-established tech company that is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its evolving HR function.

Based onsite in the Dublin office, you’ll collaborate with the international HR team across various global locations. This hands-on generalist role will support a range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to ongoing HR projects during a period of change.

Key Responsibilities

• Support performance and development initiatives, including informal and formal processes across multiple locations
• Conduct capability assessments and risk evaluations, including absence management and work pattern compliance (e.g. part-time work, pregnancy-related adjustments)
• Assist managers with probation frameworks and ensure key processes and meetings are in place
• Support the development and use of HR systems, particularly HiBob (including compensation and benefits modules)
• Provide generalist HR support to the Dublin office and coordinate with the wider international HR team
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR leadership team
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and best practices in a dynamic, creative environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, with proven knowledge of performance management and employee relations
• Experience working across multiple international locations, ideally within a tech or creative setting
• Comfortable working onsite in Dublin City, 5 days per week
• Strong ability to manage competing HR priorities with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is an advantage)
