We are looking:

We’re looking for a Product Owner to take the lead on our e-commerce digital products. You’ll own the product roadmap, coordinate across teams, and help shape the user experience from the first visit to conversion and beyond.

Get ready to:

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business needs, user feedback, and analytics
• Own the product backlog and lead the development cycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with UX/UI, marketing, and tech to deliver high-performing e-commerce experiences
• Monitor product performance and customer behavior, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities
• Keep product launches on track and improve them over time using real user data and market trends

We expect you to:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role, ideally in digital or e-commerce
• Have strong analytical and prioritization skills, and use data to inform product decisions
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
• Understand the e-commerce customer journey and how to improve conversion and retention
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian

Salary

Gross salary range is 2700-5000 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
