About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive our product execution and help shape the strategic direction of the business. As our CPO focuses on long-term growth, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day product operations, guiding ideas from concept to launch.

In this role, you’ll translate our vision into clear plans, priorities, and deliverables. You’ll work closely with design, developers, and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, validate solutions, and deliver high-impact features. Acting as the bridge between teams, you’ll ensure our products not only meet user needs but also advance our strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

• Turn product strategy into clear delivery plans and a prioritized backlog.
• Lead daily collaboration with designers and developers through standups, planning sessions, and reviews.
• Drive product discovery, including user interviews, problem validation, and solution ideation.
• Define and write user stories, set acceptance criteria, and manage QA feedback loops.
• Partner closely with the CPO to shape the roadmap and overall product direction.
• Analyze product usage data to guide priorities and decisions.
• Act as the connector between tech, design, and business teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

What You Bring

• 3–6 years experience as a PM or hybrid PM/PO in startups or fast-paced tech teams.
• Proven ability to own and ship features end-to-end.
• Comfortable working across wireframing, backlog grooming, QA and release.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong communicator — written and verbal — with excellent stakeholder management.
• Based in Europe (±2 hours from CET preferred) to ensure overlapping working hours with the team.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to early-stage, product-market-fit challenges
• Light UX or wireframing skills (Figma, etc.)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity, GA4) or product metrics
• Experience in B2B SaaS and some familiarity with B2C mobile apps
