About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager experience in product delivery who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to meaningful digital products and developing your skills across the full product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Translate product goals into actionable tasks and help prioritize the backlog.
• Collaborate daily with designers and developers in standups, sprint planning, and reviews in an agile environment.
• Support product discovery activities, such as researching user needs, validating problems, and exploring solutions.
• Analyze product usage data and metrics to inform priorities and measure impact.
• Coordinate across design, engineering, and business teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Partner closely with the CPO to shape the roadmap and overall product direction.

What You Bring

• Experience creating impact within product teams, ideally with 6+ months in a relevant role or structured internship.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience drafting user stories and working with developers and designers to deliver features.
• Interest in digital products, startups, and data-driven decision-making.
• Basic understanding of product metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Crystal, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator across different stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English; any additional European language is a plus.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into broader product responsibilities.
• Based in Europe (±2 hours CET preferred) to ensure overlapping working hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Exposure to wireframing or design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience contributing to SaaS, B2B, or B2C products.
• Some familiarity with user research or customer interviews.
• Exposure to early-stage, product-market-fit challenges.
• Light UX or wireframing skills (Figma, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity, GA4) or product metrics.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and some familiarity with B2C mobile apps.
