Job Title: Program Manager - Vendor Management

Salary: 25000 AED/monthly

About the Role

We seek a program manager - Vendor Management for one of the biggest Fintech players in Middle East & Africa to lead cross-functional initiatives in project delivery, vendor ecosystems, and operational execution. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution discipline to ensure successful outcomes across product, technology, and vendor engagements. The ideal candidate is structured, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

What You Will Do

● Program Project Management

○ Drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams and domains.

○ Define and track project milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.

○ Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Support teams to ensure alignment and progress.

○ Maintain visibility through reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.

● Vendor Coordination (if applicable)

○ Source, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to support business or technology goals.

○ Define and track SLAs, manage contracts, and coordinate performance reviews.

○ Ensure smooth collaboration and escalation handling with third-party partners.

● Production Support & Operational Readiness (if applicable)

○ Coordinate with Engineering and Ops teams to ensure release and incident readiness.

○ Track and analyze production issues (MTTD, MTTR) and manage incident workflows and retrospectives.

○ Drive follow-through on root cause analysis and process improvements.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration

○ Serve as a bridge between business, product, tech, and operations teams.

○ Drive clarity, accountability, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

○ Support change management and process implementation across programs.

What You Will Need

● 3–6 years of experience in program or project management.

● Strong cross-functional execution and stakeholder management skills.

● Experience in working with vendors, external partners, or support teams is a plus.

● Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, etc.).

● Ability to manage ambiguity and keep teams aligned around outcomes.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
