Junior Designer

The ideal candidate has to be best in class with an ability to think and collaborate across disciplines and mediums. Must possess a creative approach to problem solving, a positive and collaborative attitude, meticulous attention to detail and a fine-tuned eye with an out of the box approach for design. We look for someone who is eager to learn, grow and is a team player that thrives in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments. The candidate should have packaging and digital / social media experience to help us bring to life packaging and 360 brand world solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain the brands creative vision on all projects.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize design solutions that meet the objectives of individual projects.
• Be flexible and adaptable within a team and studio environment.
• Participate in critiques and revise designs according to feedback.
• Utilize input from directors and possess the ability to continue further concept exploration and design refinement based on feedback.
• Show desire for personal growth by working outside areas of expertise.
• Manage time efficiently and work in an organized fashion.
• 1-3 years of experience desired
• Mastery in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other creative tools
• Located in New York City area with interest in hybrid working environment
  
  

Salary: $65,000-$70,000
