We are building a complete Web3 ecosystem and launching multiple cross-functional products in 2025.

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Web3 or crypto projects to oversee the execution of multiple initiatives. This role will work closely with product, design, development, and marketing teams to deliver token launches, app rollouts, and campaign activations on time and with impact.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing remote, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced blockchain startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track project timelines and product release schedules
• Coordinate daily execution across product, marketing, tech, and design
• Facilitate communication between distributed teams and stakeholders
• Run team check-ins, sprint reviews, and weekly reports
• Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and escalate blockers
• Maintain clear project documentation and update dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project management
• 3+ years experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with dApp launches, token presales, or community-led product cycles
• Proficient with Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with launchpads or token listing processes
• Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, or DAO governance
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
