As we continue to expand our engineering team in Dubai, we are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to contribute at a high technical level.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong ReactJS experience and proven exposure to production-scale applications. This role is hands-on and requires ownership of complex frontend features, strong technical judgment, and close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Implement scalable, reusable component systems aligned with product and UX requirements.
- Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration and data flow design.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and technical best practices.
- Review code and support junior developers through technical guidance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on ReactJS experience in production environments.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend patterns.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and browser behavior.
- Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with frontend testing practices (unit and integration).
- Experience working in Agile or product-driven teams.
- Exposure to large-scale or multi-product platforms.
