Human Resources Generalist

As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key supporting role to the HR Business Partners, helping to deliver people initiatives and provide operational HR support across a dynamic, multi-site environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting HR Business Partners in delivering people strategies aligned with business goals
• Assisting with employee relations case management, including documentation and coordination
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes across multiple sites
• Supporting performance and engagement initiatives across the business
• Preparing reports, presentations, and data insights to support decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, modern awards, and internal policies
• Contributing to national HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• 3-4+ years of experience in an HR Advisory or Coordinator role
• Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and award interpretation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for supporting people
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality or retail experience highly regarded)

The salary for this role is $100,000 – $110,000 + super + bonus, depending on experience.
