Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring an IT Project Manager to join our client in Cork. Our consultancy specializes in providing business and technology services to clients in all sectors.

The Agile Project Manager will lead the delivery of the Sales Optimisation Stream, focusing on enhancing the website sales funnel and improving the customer journey.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects within the Sales Optimisation workstream.
• Manage Agile ceremonies and foster an Agile mindset across delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from IT, Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment of scope and outcomes.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues through clear governance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
• Report on delivery progress to senior stakeholders and provide clear visibility of project status.
  
  

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in project management, including Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Relevant industry certification: Prince2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in managing software development projects, ideally in e-commerce or web platform optimisation.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery practices.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a delivery-focused mindset.
  
  

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience working in the healthcare, insurance, or regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking platforms.
• Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
  
  

Opportunity type: 6-month initial contract, Hybrid in Cork
