We are looking for a dynamic, details oriented Product Manager to work on some of our data platform projects.
Working on highly visibility and impactful projects, the product manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

We are looking for a dynamic, details oriented Product Manager to work on some of our data platform projects.

Specifically, We See Your Time Is Spent
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for data and API products, aligning with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Define, create and prioritise requirements, creating clear, actionable epics and user stories for development teams.
- Oversee end-to-end management of API and data integration core capability, ensuring alignment with the architecture and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, data, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Guide the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
- Lead the team in designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and integration solutions, leveraging best practices and standards.
- Utilise Microsoft Fabric and associated tools to optimise data management and integration across the business.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring that project objectives are met through efficient sprint planning, story pointing, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, managing any risks and proactively addressing roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical product management role, ideally with a focus on data management and API/integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, MDM principles, and integration/API design.
- Proven experience creating and managing product roadmaps, defining user stories, and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Extensive experience with agile methodologies, including experience using project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Knowledge of the construction industry would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and integration tools, with a deep understanding of data quality and governance best practices.
