📋 What You'll Be Doing

• Providing technical support and onboarding assistance to customers
• Monitoring system functionality and proactively addressing issues before they arise
• Identifying and troubleshooting root causes of issues using applications, Grafana, Postman, SQL, etc.
• Collaborating with customer success, product, and software teams to improve customer experience
• Documenting and escalating issues to relevant teams for resolution
• Ensuring timely responses and systematic follow-ups on customer queries
  
  

Requirements

🎓 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support for a software product or application
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• High sense of responsibility and accountability
