Solar Energy Project Manager

Location: Maldives | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Solar PV & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Solar PV & BESS projects
  • Plan schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure quality & compliance
  • Monitor progress, risks, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Renewable Energy (Master’s a plus)
  • 10+ years in solar and BESS project management
  • Experience with grid integration & energy storage
  • Strong leadership and project delivery track record
  • PMP certification is an advantage
