Junior Program Manager

AI-Driven Remote Care Platform for Seniors & Polychronic Patients

Cairns Health is seeking a Junior Program Manager to support the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives powering Luna, our AI-powered digital health companion. In this role, you’ll help align product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to deliver impactful, high-quality programs that improve outcomes for older adults and patients managing chronic conditions. What You’ll Do

· Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of multi-team projects across AI, product, engineering and operations.

· Coordinate communication and alignment between stakeholders. Ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and met.

· Maintain project dashboards, timelines, and documentation for visibility across teams.

· Identify risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies early and escalate as needed.

· Assist with reporting key metrics on program progress, efficiency, and outcomes.

· Help define and refine internal processes to improve collaboration, clarity, and delivery speed.

· Contribute to operational excellence by ensuring accountability and structure in day-to-day execution.

· Support leadership in preparing status updates, meeting materials, and strategic planning sessions.

· Coordinate team travel logistics for offsites, clinical pilots, and cross-functional meetings—ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to core work.

· Drive forward hiring logistics: from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications, recruiter/agency coordination and onboarding prep.

· Support pilot operations: assist with patient onboarding, coordinate device or account setup, and ensure pilot participants and future customers have an amazing experience.

What We’re Looking For

· 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations (healthcare or tech preferred).

· Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

· Clear, concise communicator who ensures alignment and follow-through across technical and non-technical teams.

· Comfort working across multiple teams in a dynamic, high-growth startup.

· Interest in healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes through AI.

· Positive, can-do mindset: when something’s unclear, you ask smart questions, get context fast, and move things forward to completion.

Bonus Points For:

· Experience in healthtech, digital therapeutics, or remote patient monitoring.

· Knowledge of Slack, Jira, Zendesk, Hubspot, Shipstation.
