Change Manager (d/f/m)

Join us in leading and shaping the process for implementing product and printed packaging change management. This is a key role where you'll drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance while supporting our business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Coordination of activities with internal customers (Packaging, Technologies, Regulatory Affairs and Quality) and external users at the implementation of changes in the manufacturing process
• Responsibility for establishing and managing the project organization for the implementation of changes on packaging materials, products, procedures and processes (acquiring information, evaluation, implementation)
• Ensuring timely implementation of internally or externally initiated changes, and monitoring their implementation
• Responsibility for ongoing monitoring and review of changes in the IT database
• Communication with the countries where changes are being implemented
• Responsibility for material inventories in the process of printed packaging changes, and reconciliation of write-offs
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment
• Implementation of and compliance with all the instructions and requirements for safety at work, environment protection and property protection

What you will bring to the role:

• 1 year of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also welcome.
• University degree in natural sciences, economic sciences or other equivalent degree
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
