Marketing Inbound & Partners (Crypto)

We are European Blockchain Convention, a startup organizing B2B events (6000+ attendees in 2024).

We organize conferences around topics that we are passionate about: crypto, blockchain, and AI (for now!).

We are looking for an over-achieving Marketing Inbound Specialist & Partnership Specialist!

The ideal candidate is passionate about Blockchain/AI/Fintech, understands the codes of this industry, is ambitious, smart, proactive and creative.

Our company is quickly evolving, so you will have other responsibilities that match what you are interested in and good at as we grow!

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute strategies for the acquisition of all our partners : 

- Influencers

- Press

- Associations

- Communities

• Take care of our websites and improve our SEO
• Coordinate with other teams to promote event partnerships
• Manage the paying ads
• Manage relationships with partners and ensure their satisfaction and engagement

As part of the Marketing Department, your KPIs will be the number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and the number of tickets sold per event.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding and passion for Crypto/Blockchain/AI Industries
• 2+ years experience in Marketing/Partnerships Management with a solid track record (KPIs)
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment
• Native or Bilingual in English with strong writing and communication skills

Additional info :

• We work 4 days per week in the office (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) located in Poblenou next to the Bogatell metro station
