Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a 4 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (1 day/ week)

Must Have Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience as a QA Analyst performing manual testing and automation testing

- 3+ years of Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and automated testing framework (ATF).

- 2+ years of recent experience ServiceNow end user

- 2+ years of recent experience with integration testing is crucial for this role

- 2+ years of Experience working in Service Desk/Service catalog requests

- Previous experience working in both Agile and traditional Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

Nice to have:

- Experience working In ITAM Modules (CMDB, HAM, SAM)

- Experience working in ITSM Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release) Management

- Previous experience with Knowledge Management, Cloud Discovery and Optimization module and Vulnerability management.

- Experience with performance and/or security testing is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
