Software Team Lead – C# / .NET / SaaS

We're looking for a Software Team Lead to head up our clients R&D team (SaaS/Product Mining)

in Munich on a permanent basis, working 100% onsite.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our product, mentoring developers, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with smart architecture and AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a talented R&D team
• Make key tech and architecture decisions alongside your team
• Integrate AI technologies into real business use cases
• Drive feature development, bug fixing, and refactoring at high velocity
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to bring strategy to life
• Work hands-on in an agile Scrum environment and write clean, scalable code

Your Experience:

• 5+ years in software development
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong C# / .Net, SQL, and relational database experience
• Proven experience with SaaS platforms and AI in business contexts
• Agile mindset with hands-on SCRUM experience
• Strong German language
• Bonus points for experience with Angular, Azure DevOps, or formal education in IT/software development
